一 | The trailer launch for the upcoming romantic comedy Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri was held recently in the city. Homebound, directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, was selected as India’s official entry for the 2026 Oscars. The film, which features Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa, and Janhvi Kapoor, follows the story of two childhood friends, Shoaib and Chandan, going through social and systemic challenges. Its inclusion in the shortlist of 15 films marks a huge step, as it is now one of the top contenders for the final five nominations. After the discussion on Homebound, the focus returned to the trailer of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. The film marks a reunion for Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday, who previously worked together in Pati Patni Aur Woh. As Homebound enters the final stages of the Oscar race, the fans from India are closely following its progress. The final five nominations for the Best International Feature Film category are scheduled to be announced on January 22, 2026. 二 | 倡导绿色环保生活理念，增强村民生态保护意识，进一步推动海漂垃圾清理整治，守护辖区海岸线生态环境，保护海洋生态，5月19日，绥中县荒地镇机关党支部联合镇总工会、明日环境公司在尚家村海滩开展“守护蔚蓝海岸，环保从我做起”活动，重点对尚家村1000多米海岸线的垃圾进行全面清理。　　活动当天，大家早早齐聚海岸线，手持垃圾夹、垃圾袋、钉耙等工具，两三人一组，分工结对合作，沿着海滩有序开展清理工作，重点清理散落的塑料袋、饮料瓶、食品包装盒、香烟头、渔网碎片等各类生活垃圾和废弃杂物。一辆铲车重点清理体积较大的废弃杂物和堆积垃圾；一台垃圾清运车实时待命，将清理后的垃圾集中收集、及时转运，形成“人工捡拾+机械作业”的高效清理模式。经过三个多小时的捡拾，累计清理了50余堆垃圾，尚家村沙滩环境取得了明显改善。
