四 | 愿庠序之教泽如春雨润苗，弦歌不辍续华章，桃李芬芳岁岁长！ 《无悔选择窗内，无尽祝福窗内》 时光荏苒，转眼间孩子的母校窗内小学已建校十周年了！ 回想起2015年，作为一年级新生家长的我，在班主任兰老师的带动下，带着无比的热情与勇气，成为了班级家委。在那个时间段，我带着班上的家长和孩子们组织了假日小分队活动、嘉庚义卖活动、各种垃圾不落地行动，也协助了图书漂流、班级的亲子运动会等活动。 现在那些无数令人激动、感动不已的画面还能清晰地浮现在眼前。 这些实践活动，成为了孩子在学校生活之外的一剂补充剂，一定程度上锻炼了他的耐力、勇气和独立性。我也从一个宝妈成长为组织活动的能手，把目光从自己的孩子身上扩展到整个团队，给予每个参与者无分别的爱和关注。 记得有一次组织天马山捡垃圾活动，小分队一行十几位家长和小朋友，大家集合完毕，突然下起雨来，我带着大家在入口处躲了一会儿雨，仍不见雨停下来的趋势，于是统计了带伞的人数，购置了一些一次性雨衣，带领大家开始行动。
五 | 孩子们和家长们热情不减，一边登山一边拾起沿途垃圾。
六 | 当我们把“窗内小学绿色小分队”的队旗插上山顶时，刚好雨过天晴，极目远眺，天朗气清。 家校共建，一直是窗内小学办学理念中的一个重要思想，在日复一日的推进和实践中，我能切实体会到这种链接的意义和乐趣，感受到孩子们的进步以及家长们的成长。如果时光能倒流，我仍然会选择做窗内小学的家长、家委，再来体验一次这样的美好人生。 十年，我与窗内的故事 ——2019级曾禹辰及2024级曾若辰家长陈韵女士 陈韵女士 2019级曾禹辰、2024级曾若辰妈妈。分别担任两位孩子班级的家委主任。岁月缱绻，葳蕤生香。
七 | 一扇窗内，两段时光，兄妹相继启航。愿岁月悠长情韵永长，育梦为锦，织就华章，桃李天下续谱荣光！ 《双肩担两任，家校筑梦行》 2019年9月，因为特别的缘分，我成了2019级4班的家委主任。2024年9月，因为心中强烈的信念，我又成了2024级4班家委主任。
八 | 2020年11月，班级举行第一次线下“诵经典·学礼仪”活动。那一次，我们在小小的孩子们心里种下国学的种子，从此，汉服成了四班的孩子最爱的“盛装”。
九 | 2023年12月，我化身陈老师，带着2019级4班的孩子们到电影院观看《志愿军》，观影后给孩子们上了特别的一节班会课，孩子们哭过的眼睛里映着火箭发射后的亮光，那是我很久很久都忘不掉的景象。 有效的教育，或细雨润无声，或在孩子们真正被触动的时候，此时无声胜有声。 我常常作为家委代表分享班级家委工作。感恩有她们，亦师亦友，携手为班级默默护航。我定期参加学校家委会，并告诉自己:教育是一场修行，不忘初心，方得始终。 2024年1月，学校颁发了“感动窗内好家长”的荣誉，感动，感恩，感谢。 我与窗内的故事已经发生了六年，许多故事被记住，更多故事在时光里。很庆幸这一路看着学校越来越好，很庆幸自己能以绵薄之力助力学校越来越好。想来，我与窗内还会有更多的故事，在未来书写…… 十年护学路，我们共成长 ——2017级阮煊萱及2020级阮安婧家长吕已丽女士 吕已丽女士 2017级阮煊萱、2020级阮安婧妈妈。2021年9月至今，担任校级家委主任，也是“集美心”窗内分队队长。
十 | 时光的笔触，于窗内绘就两幅成长的画轴。两届青春，一脉相承，这扇窗既是知识的瞭望台，也是梦想的启航港。作为校家委主任，我见证了学校的悉心耕耘，也感受到家校共育的温暖力量。如今，姐姐虽已毕业，但情系母校，初心未改。愿窗内小学的岁月枝头，繁花似锦皆胜意，桃李芬芳溢四海，于岁月长河中续谱华章，德馨名扬！ 《护学倾心力，家校育梦长》 家庭是孩子的第一课堂，是孩子接触的第一个社会环境。我的两个女儿阮煊萱和阮安婧，于2017年和2020年走进窗内小学学习和成长。
十一 | 和绝大多数父母一样，我们深感教育孩子是一门艺术，就像是创作一幅绘画作品，要用心地为她添加每一笔，丰富每一种色彩，留下最少的遗憾。 作为“集美心”志愿服务队窗内分队队长，我有幸见证护学岗蜕变过程。护学岗的成功实践，为学校与家庭之间的合作提供了新的思路和模式，也为孩子们的安全和成长提供了更加坚实的保障。学校护学岗从初期的艰难起步，到最后实现全校家长的参与，这一蜕变过程充满了挑战与坚持，也见证了学校与家庭之间合作的深化。 而这几年的“集美心”志愿服务队工作，让我深深意识到——既要教会孩子求知又要教会孩子做人，树立正确的教子观念。在孩子的成长过程中，我认为教育最重要的就是教孩子学做人，学处世。平时我注意培养和训练孩子的良好生活习惯，鼓励她们多参加一些学校的文娱体育和社会交往活动，促进孩子身心的健康发展。同时我会利用假期时间带着她们做公益志愿服务，一起帮助需要帮助的人们，用生命影响生命，集小爱成大爱！ 家校情长，十载风华映辉光 家校合力，长风破万里教育碧浪 家校携手，同谱育人华章，再育盛世贤良 撰稿、编辑：郑玉鑫 初审：兰青青 复审：吴凤梅 终审：校长室。
